How do I place an order?

Add what you like to your cart and go to checkout. We may call or message you to confirm the details before we send it out.

How long does delivery take?

Karachi usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Other cities take 3 to 7 working days. These are estimates, and things like courier delays or public holidays can add some time.

How much is shipping?

It depends on where you are, the size of your order and the type of product. You will see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Open the Order Tracking page and enter your order number and the email you used. When a tracking number is available, we share it once your order is dispatched.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Contact us as soon as you can and send your order number with photos or a short video. We will look into it and sort it out under our Return & Refund Policy.
